- Executing: implement and complete the work defined in the planning phase to satisfy project specifications;
- Monitoring and Controlling: track, review and regulate the progress and performance of the project, identify any area that needs changes, and initiate the corresponding changes;
- Closing: finalize all activities to close the project, and draw lessons-learned.
