Quality of our personnel

Most members of our board of management have more than 20 years of work experience, and all are graduates from the best universities in Vietnam. Some of them even pursued higher education overseas under prestigious scholarships in the U.S., U.K., Japan and Thailand. We possess good level of English, which clients do not often find in other Vietnamese construction companies.

The rest of our management and technical staff also attain at least bachelor education, with many years of work experience.

Combined with in-depth understanding of local context, our experience working with international partners in various projects brings about the difference to our projects.

Quality of our system

We maintain a quality management system certified as conforming to ISO-9001:2015.We work in accordance with standards and norms established by international organizations, such as ISO (International Organization for Standardization), FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers), and PMI (Project Management Institute).

Our professionalism has been built on working and strong connection with our international clients, partners and colleagues. QualiPro itself, and many of our employees are members of international and professional societies, such as USGBC (US Green Building Council), FIDIC, PMI, ASEAN Engineer Register, etc..
