QualiPro designed Kerry Logistics project at Hung Yen province

This logistics project is invested by Kerry Logistics Ltd., a company from Taiwan. The project is located in My Hao district, Hung Yen province, approximately 36 kilometers from Hanoi city center. The project’s frontage directly faces National Highway 5. 

The project covers an area of 17,800 square meters and includes the following infrastructure: 

  • A guardhouse
  • A driver’s rest area, 
  • An office (to be constructed in phase 2), 
  • Warehouse 1
  • Warehouse 2
  • Warehouse 3
  • A transformer station with a generator and power distribution area
  • A water tank, water treatment plant and a pumping station (for clean water and firefighting systems).

The total area of these buildings exceeds 10,000 square meters
