Project Management

We closely follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and practices. Accordingly, we strictly manage all phases of projects:

  • Initiating: define the project and obtain authorization to start the project;
  • Planning: establish the scope of the project, refine project objectives, and define the course of action to obtain the objectives;
  • Executing: implement and complete the work defined in the planning phase to satisfy project specifications;
  • Monitoring and Controlling: track, review and regulate the progress and performance of the project, identify any area that needs changes, and initiate the corresponding changes;
  • Closing: finalize all activities to close the project, and draw lessons-learned.
