A joint investment by QualiPro and two other co-founders, open in September 2018 at 77 Nguyen Thai Hoc street in Hanoi’s downtown, this upscale restaurant offers a subtle menu in two dining atmospheres - cozy indoors and refreshing outdoors.
For vegetarians, smoked tofu salad, mixed vermicelli, mushroom rice, etc. are all must-try, as they are authentically catered and nicely presented. For non-vegetarians, favourite dishes are home-made cold-cuts (with ingredients from Boston, U.S. and Hanoi, Vietnam), smoked duck, coffee-marinated steak, etc.
The founders, all born in Vietnam but spending years residing/studying/working across the globe, love to bring about a new taste of fusion food, delicately combining Western and Vietnamese cuisines. Their long-term vision is to expand Monsoon Bar & Kitchen to international market in the countries where they have lived, e.g. Australia, U.K., and U.S.
