Concordia International School Hanoi (CISH), currently accepting up to 500 students from kindergarten to high school, was open in August 2016. This 8,000-m2 newly-built facility is the first phase of the project to build the prestigious school's campus.
QualiPro kicked off this project in September 2015 at Van Tri Golf Estate, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.
In this project, many imported high-profile finishing materials have been installed, such as Armstrong ceiling, Interface carpet, Grebo and Forbo flooring, amongst others. But construction-and-architecture-wise, what makes this building unique is the external cladding's Lesco wood plastic composite (WPC), which covers 60% of the façade area. With 2,700m2 installed by QualiPro, this is so far the largest WPC area ever installed in a single project in Vietnam.
It is QualiPro's great honor and pride as the only contractor that has simultaneously served the two most well-known international schools in Hanoi - Concordia and UNIS (United Nations International School).
Below are some photos of the Concordia project when it was under construction, and consequently, when completed.
